Latest neck ultrasound report:
Neck scan detected a few iso to hyperechoic nodules in both lobes of
Thyroid larget of size 12X9 mm in right lobe (TIRADS 2-3)
A 9X7 mm oval shaped heterogeneously hyperechoic nodule showing increased vascularity with no obvious cystic areas/calcification within seen in left lobe at it's junction with isthmus(TIRADS 4)
Both lobes of Thyroid and Isthums is normal in size and show diffusely altered echotexture
