1. Complete blood count
2. Blood sugar fasting and postprandial
3. Serum TSH and Prolactin fasting levels early morning
4. Serum LH/FSH and Serum AMH on day 2 of periods
5. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness is and antral follicle count
6. Husband semen analysis
7. Hysterosalpingogram on day 6-9 of periods
