My left ear having a problem. am getting pain from 4days. now am unable to listen from my left ear.

You may likely have wax filled in ear canal which is snugly fitting that causes pain and reduced hearing.use solewax ear drops for a week and get cleaned by ent specialist.you can use olive oil also.
