Problem in conceiving. Nd naturally​?

Hi doctor, I'm married for 1.5 yrs. ttc for 6months. Took many scans and blood test for me and for my husband. See my reports: 1.Ultrasound of pelvis (took 3months before): Impression- Thickend Endrometrium. 2.Blood report (before 3months): Had high level of Prolactin: 51 ng/ml So doctor prescribed me to take CABGOLIN tablet for once a week. I took it for 13weeks. Then again I had a PROLACTIN blood test a week before which showed 0.63 ng/ml. 3. SPERM ANALYSIS: Impression: ASTHENO TERATOZOOSPERMIA 4. HSG report:(Took yesterday) Impression: Patent Fallopian tube on Right side. And also it tells as Left Fallopian tube Not opacified. For that doctor prescribed me placentrex injection for 7days (alternative days). So doctor I'm really really confused nd stressed of all these. It feels like all doors are closed. Nothing is right. I'm totally frustrated doctor. So please please tell me.. do I have chances to conciev normally nd naturally​? p.s: i hav attached all my reports here.
