Problem in chest pain, breathing

Asked for Female, 37 Years

Hi, My mother in law getting chest pain quite frequently and she is not feeling well sometime. We already consulted with many local dr but no result. PFA docs. Also please confirm whether these symptoms are related to GERD? In this case SGPT in sugar can confirm the same? Please suggest urgently!
