Problem having very poor flow of urine.
I'm suffering from high bladder neck. Systoscopy and other urine tests (uroflometry, urodynamic test) are done. Doctors had given some alphabolcker medicines but no improvement. Is there any Ayurveda medicine to avoid bladder neck incision as it has some side effects such as retrospective ejaculations or others.

Poor flow means?? Less in quantity? Drop drop flow?
Is there any pain or burning sensation? Since when this is happening? History of hypertension or other illness??
