Problem at bowl movement.
While fresh up in the morning I fell itching and burning. However same problem occur 2 year ago. I took medicin it resolve. From the last 2 year I am facing that problem. Some time it is OK. Suddenly some time I feel itching burning. Bledding is not there . I do not have acidity problem. Is it piles symptoms.

This problem is due to piles and hemorrhoids This is due to constipation. Avoid fatty and spicy food and nonveg also. Eat fibrous food and vegetables and fruits and drink much water and avoid long sitting job. Do light exercise and walking daily regularly..
