The condition explained by you seems to be that of an Anal fissure. The most common cause of the condition is constipation. You need to treat the constipation to get rid of the condition.
The medications advised below would give you temporary relief, but the symptoms would recur if constipation is not resolved. You may follow the advice, provided you are not allergic to any medications mentioned below.
Next Steps
For now,
1. Tab Combiflam 1 tab twice daily for 3 days
2. Tab Augmentin 625 mg twice daily for 3 days.
3. Sitz bath- this is the most important for the resolution of symptoms. To be done with warm water 15 minutes, 3-4 times a day
4. Syr Looze 10 ml twice daily for 3 days.
5. Avoid Constipation. Exclude Maida in any form from your diet (Pasta, noodles, Maggi, Bread, etc)
6. Lox 2% Jelly to be applied locally at the anal opening before passing stools
Health Tips
In case the symptoms do not resolve, or recur, you may have to Consult a Surgeon for a surgical treatment of the condition.
