What are the long term (~10yrs) non permanent contraception options available after csection delivery? Wanted to know particularly about IUD - 1. Best one suited -hornonal or non hormonal if I don't have any other gynaec problems. 2. How effective it is 3. How soon can it be inserted after csection ( this will be my second delivery) 4. What are the risks involved and how much. Also open to other options which are non-invasive.
