Problem after second vaccination dose
Hi, Greetings! My Father had first dose of vaccination on 28th Mar and then second on 28th Apr. There were absolutely no issues after the first dose but after second he is complaining about heavy stomach and unable to eat much, it's not exactly indigestion but he is feeling little heavy near abdomen and thus his diet has reduced. Query - Is it normal ? Or any specific precaution to be taken ? By the way, from last couple of days, he has started taking Ecosprin (before sleep). Rest of the things are fine with him except little cough (for which he is doing Gargles, Steaming and taking Capex syrup).. Thanks (in advance), Regards, Amardeep Singh Badwal

He needs detailed evaluation as this is probably not due to vaccination may be due to gastric irritation from Ecosprin or any other cause. Is there any pain in abdomen? Is there any changes in bowel habit currently?  Start a PPI like Pan D 1 tab at morning.  Feel free to consult me using the app

Hi, these can be mild side effects of vaccine or normal conditioning of body during summers. Increase his water intake, ask him to eat watery fruits, and increase the frequency of his diet. Hopefully this will help
