Problem after intercourse

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Me and my girlfriend having sex.The day after intercourse My girlfriend gets slight bleed from her vagina.she thinks it is period. the bleed continues but the problem is that the bleeding is very very slight and she didnot get any pain like periods. Why? Is there any problems due to.sex? Please explain
