Problem about Perianal Abcess
I was diagnosed with perianal abcess back in 2017 I had a surgery for it n it reoccurred twice in the duration of 6 months later again it reoccurred after a year which was in Nov’19 n now again in july’20 after consultations I did an MRI but I don't want to opt for surgery is there any alternative to treat this bec after surgery also it can be reoccurred

See it's very clear During the drain of the abcess 1 st time only It's very clear that it formed a tract It's a entity Called perianal abcess forming Fistula in ano Its ur diagnosis And it's involving levatar ani also So u have to show a good colorectal surgeon And rest follow management
