Probably had broken edge of tooth
Hello doc... While I was having food today, there came a crunch like sound( sound which comes when we bite some hard substance) as if there is some hard thing which seemed v minute in size... I thought that there is nothing And I ate it then... I didn't check... After having food I realised that it could be a v minute part of my tooth, as an edge of one of my tooth seemed broken... and that broken edge is very minute... I'm worried now ... What to do ? Will it come out on its own??

Don’t panic. Because it’s a minute piece there is seldom pain. U just need to visit a dentist and get the chipped tooth reconstructed with composite.

Don’t worry if it’s very minute. Just get the fractured end finished and polished
