My periods is regular ,my age is 30 and 3 years of marriage complete ,i tried for conceiving but not happened.so i go to the doctor and get Test of Lh,Fsh,tyroid ,prolectin and follicular study,and ultrasond done and all reports are normal and husbands report also normal.
Plz suggest what should be the issue ??

If your all blood reports, ultrasound , follicular study , you have regular periods and husband Semen study is Normal and you have been trying to conceive for last 1 year .. You should get tubal testing done with with either sonosalpingography or with diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy or hysterosalpingography . This Will help rulling out any tubal factor or mild endometriosis.
You should also get your AMH level and hba1c level done .
of tubes are patent than you can try ovulation induction with Timed intercouse/ IUI for 3-4 cycles .
