Sir/mam past 2-4 days i am noticing that my right balls are harder than the other one. no injury,no fever, no vomit sometimes it pain and it is hard what it could be lump or cancer? I am totally confuse what should i do now? In the month of march i face the problem in that area at that time it was lump,after taking some antibiotics the size of the lump got reduced. But now it is on/inside the balls which is hard.So, What it could be?

dear friend without a proper examination and investigations it will not be correct to offer an opinion for your condition , it can be a simple issue to some very sinister problem , it will be good if you could go and consult a general surgeon who will examine you and will be able to offer the correct solution

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Its very difficult to say anything with just this much history and no clinical examination. Some tests would also be required.
