Prickly heat type rashes
One month old baby getting prickly heat type rashes on the body, mostly on stomach and lega from the past two days and it has increased from last night. Please suggest treatment and reason for the same.

1️⃣Use a mild , non perfumed soap for bathing🚿 2️⃣ After bathing, do not rub the body with a towel instead pat it dry🛀 3️⃣Use tepid water for bathing 🚿 4️⃣ Application of cool compresses over the miliaria helps🆒 5️⃣ Calamine lotion application over the miliaria prevents itching. How can we prevent it ? 1️⃣Wearing of loose fitted, cloth clothing🎽 2️⃣No tight bundling up of babies while they sleep🤱 3️⃣Ventilated rooms and usage of AC when possible🆒 4️⃣ Avoidance of oils, thick lotions over the body

You can use calamine lotion for itching. But need details and photo of rash.

Do not apply any oil or cream for a weeks time. Include a picture of the rash. Lactocalamine can be applied on rash. When the rash goes, after a weeks time change your oil and apply.
