PRICKLY HEAT ON NECK,HANDS,BACK AND LEGS

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have tingling irritation near the affected areas(neck,hands,back and legs).The irritation worsens when I sweat.Its been 3 days since I am having prickly heat.I am in delhi and I take bath 4-5 times.I am not taking any medications either.Kindly suggest me what should I do.Thanks in advance.
