Pricking and flash sensation
Hello doctors, For last 1 yr, i had pricking and flashing pain (pin point only) in my left chest which disappeared in seconds. More than a pain, it's a sensation.. and very dull and mild. For safety purpose, i done ecg, echo, tmt, chest xray and blood test.. all tests are normal. 1) Is any other test require for heart investigation 2) should i worry about my heart if all tests was normal? 3) what is the reason for the pricking pain left chest? Advise pls..

There is no reason to worry. First of all the pricking pin point pain is never heart related. Secondly your TMT is normal so no need to do any further tests for heart. This pain can be jist a superficial muscular pain

It's not heart related pain. No need for further cardiac evaluation. Don't worry. Pain could be anxiety related.
