Hello, I lost my baby boy at 17 weeks on 25th September. He was healthy. NIPT results came low risk. I have no underlying issues except a couple of small fibroids (1 at 3.8 cm, 2nd at 2 cm - both outside uterine cavity). The 3.8 cm fibroid was 2.1 cm before pregnancy. I was also treated for endometritis in May. I conceived in June. During pregnancy- I had a small (2.2cm) sub chorionic hematoma at 5-8 weeks that resolved. I was on progesterone till 12 weeks. I was taking my prenatals and folic acid. My OB (in Europe) says it was just a freak accident and that there is nothing wrong. My cervix was long (44mm) and closed the morning of my loss. I had mild cramps for 2 days before. I am attaching my reports. Please let me know what care I can take from now on and when can I plan next? Thank you.

Mam where ur mild cramps evaluated by any doctors?
Need more detailed history
But from what u have mentioned it looks like it was an accident and doesn't require any further evaluation
