Preterm delivery - PROM

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I lost my 25 week baby due to PROM. On 29th Dec, when i took the report it appeared like I didn't have a UTI. My water was leaking from Jan4, On Jan 8th when i was admitted they said i have gram negative and gram positive bacteria infection. My doubt is, the particular test missed to identify UTI or not. I have attached the report
