Pressure in one side of head & neck pain
I am suffering from anxiety and depression from December.. my anxiety is good but when I think too much my the rises in my neck and head

Anxiety is always aggravated by triggers and thought process. Following things would help you 1. Regular exercises would help keeping your stress hormone levels low 2. Meditation would keep your mind calm 3. Take regular healthy meals 4. Talk to someone when you are anxious 5. Dun think much as thought process would make the situation worse 6. Distract your mind 8. Seek help n talk to someone when anxious 9. Sleep well
