I have a function on the 28. I had my periods last month 28. What can I take to make them happen today or tomorrow.

Hi, it just can't happen that way. And considering your thrombocytopenia we can give you tab. Norethisterone ( Primolute N) thrice a day till you wanna postpone period. Usually whenever u wanna postpone period tablets should be started 7 days prior. Consult nearby gynaecologists for prescription.
