Hello dear, You should include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. Take 8 hours of sound sleep. Include protein rich foods in your diet like paneer, dal. Drink 2-3 litres of watr everyday, and walk after your meals. And make sure not to get stressed. Congratulations for your new journey :)
