Prematured gray hair
Almost 70% if my hair has turned gray. Please suggest an advise to control this. There is no hair fall as such, but it turns gray quite fast

Greying of hairs at this age can be because of nutritional deficiencies like vitamin D3 and B12 and zinc.

At 35 years, we cannot label it as premature graying. Your normal graying process has started. With our lifestyle changes our hair is graying earlier compared to our ancestors.
