Premature white hairs

I got premature whitening of hairs! Around 20-30 white hair were found,how to stop spreading and get back my old black hairs? I need to take any nutrient supplements? Food I need to take for stopping spreading of white hairs?

There is a spray containing melitane 5% which needs to be applied for 4-6 months at bedtime. Consume milk and milk products products which is good hair color. If inherited genetically it can recur and progress further.
