Premature greying of hair
I'm just 22 and all of hair have turned grey. I am really worried and I'm losing all of my confidence because of this. My moustache and beard are fine, there is not even a single grey there. I do work out and my lifestyle is OK. The real issue with me is I do think and worry a lot and I'm an introvert so I don't talk much. Please suggest me a way that my over thinking and worrying don't affect my hair. My hair are really good, I do wash them regularly a doubt also use oil to nourish them. It's just greying me which is worrying me. Please help me, I really want to overcome this. Any kind of help will be appreciated.

Thanks for the query. Premature graying of hair is not uncommon in general population in today's world. The cause could be multi-factorial and needs to be assessed. It could be genetic, environmental, constitutional or some nutritional deficiencies. While the treatment options are limited, an attempt to prevent further graying can definitely be made. Meet a Dermatologist for better understanding and treatment plan. Hope it helps you.
Next Steps
Start on biotin supplements and food rich in iron content. Use a milder shampoo and consider frequent shampooing and conditioning.
