To whom it may concern, Long stories short, I'm have a big with Premature Ejaculation I never last more than 40 seconds and sometime I feel like ejaculating before penetrating. Another thing that I'm concerned about is that when my penis is erected the skin around the head hurts to go down. Thanks.
