Premature ejeculation

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I am 37 year old and I am suffering with premature ejeculation. I have also ulceritive colitis and high blood pressure from last 8-9 years. I take Mesacol OD and prolomat AM 50 tablets on daily basis. Please advise medicine for early discharge problem which will not affect my blood pressure and my stomach disease. Thanks
