This sexual problem is mostly caused by diseases like Diabetes, thyroid dysfunction,nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases.

This will prevent u from ejaculating.
