Premature ejaculation
This been my worry for last 2 years, I ejaculate just after penetration, really unable to satisfy my wife. I'm doing everything, workout, mediation, diet, but nothing helps. Really need help. Add to that I stopped masturbation these days as I hate it, so sometimes nightfall happens if I don't have sex. And is it ok to start penetration after first ejaculation? Does it help to last long?
