Premature Ejaculation(PE)
Respected Sir/Madam, I am suffering by Premature ejaculation. My sex duration is less than 20 secs. I urge to ejaculate just after penetration. I consult a urologist. He told me it could happen due to pressure performance and sudden anxiety attack. He prescribed me tazzle, sertraline and melzap. After one month he prescibed tazzle and Dapox(dapoxietine). Dapox tablet is not in market so i took duralast 30 mg before sex. But these tablets did not help me. I am having sex since 1 year with only one partner. I used orgasm delay spray while sex . But that feeling was not good. I am good by health. No disease occurred to me in past. My penis is not normal.its different from others. Its very short and very thin but urologist say its okay. and after taking tazzle its length and thickness reached similar to other people. Its look like circumcised but skin is there(top part is not covered). I am less social person. I used to watch too much porn and masturbated in past. Please help me.

Hi there, You must learn 'Kegel exercises.' They are the best and the most natural way of solving your problem. Secondly, watching porn, or masturbation has got little to do with problem, however, do not over do it. One important factor you must know, is the frequency of intercourse. If you're having it too infrequently, you're probably too excited, resulting in premature ejaculation. You need to relax, and learn the art of foreplay.
