Premature ejaculation
I was married in 2011 and for 2 years I used to atleast ejaculate within 5 mins, but after that I had got varicocele from that time or don't know my ejaculation timing came down to 1 mn.i am very unhappy because of it maybe this is because of childhood exessive habbit or how don't know and whenever I take evennow Shilajit or ashwagandha or muslipower in that due to heat or how I don't know I get more excited and get ejaculated within seconds so I feel like no medicine cured my problem I heard some people ejaculate after 20-30 mins also.is there any cure for my problem, any guaranteed solution as many times in net I ordered and got duplicate things also.atleast timing should increase.i suffer from gastritis and gerd from more than 6 yrs.ayurvedic unani, homeopathy any but it should work on me as no medicine is working on me but the time gets adversed.
