Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have premature ejaculation problem as sperms comes out in 10 sec so i have been thinking to use ONLY ME long lasting spray. I want to know is it safe to use? Does it have any side effect ? Does anny taste comes in blow job? Can we use in regular basis? Plz help Is any spray better than this?
