I had varicosele in right testicle
Is it problem for premature ejaculation?
Actually I had 3 times varicosele surgery
1 time Laproscopy
2nd time open surgery
3rd time microscopic surgery for varicosele
So I wouldn't prefer to do again with surgeries

Varicocele is an enlargement of the veins within the scrotum and around the testicles. While it can be a common condition and might not always cause noticeable symptoms, it has been associated with potential negative effects on fertility, sperm quality, and testosterone levels.
Premature ejaculation and varicocele are separate issues, and one doesn't directly cause the other. Premature ejaculation refers to ejaculating before one desires during sexual activity and can have various causes, including psychological, physical, or relationship factors.
However, some men with varicocele may experience discomfort, pain, or a sense of heaviness in the scrotum, which could potentially affect sexual function and overall sexual experience. This discomfort might indirectly contribute to premature ejaculation in some cases, as it can affect sexual arousal and performance.
Next Steps
If you are experiencing concerns about premature ejaculation or any other sexual issues related to your varicocele or its treatment, it's essential to discuss these concerns with a qualified healthcare professional, preferably a urologist or a sexual health specialist. They can provide personalized advice, evaluate your specific situation, and recommend appropriate treatments or interventions based on your medical history and current condition.
