When your aroused you penis releases a lubricant which is called pre cum. That's absolutely natural and nightfall which man hasn't passed through that phase once you get married and have regular sex this too will disappear. Just relax and don't take any medication your body is acting normally.

Its not pre mature ejaculation, it's simply secretion of cowper gland(helpful for lubrication), comes out during arousal. It does not require any treatment.
