Premature ejacuation
I am suffering from premature ejacuation problem.
I never had sex.
But when i try to masturbate, first time i masturbate i ejacuate by touching just the tip of my penis.
Then after second time i try i ejacuate within 1 min
Then in third ,fourth time it is still same.
Sometimes i ejacute without an erection also.
I need some guidance.
Also when erect my penis foreskin is hard to pull back

Premature ejaculation is fully treatable. Premature ejaculation is generally defined if time is less than 1-2 minute. It can be relative premature ejaculation
if man timing is 5-7 minutes, but women partner takes more time. Hence the concern.
