Trying to conceive.my wife has PCOD. Mensuration cycle is not regular .for this doctor suggested contraceptive pills for 1yr..now we are trying to concieve from 1yr....
no thyroid,no diabetics,weight is also normal,tubes are normal, Amh shows good report and seeman analysis sperm count,motility,morphology is also normal....
What is the best treatment to concieve....
Doctor advised for overian laperoscopy puncturing of cysts...
Kindly tell me is it better option....or any other treatmen

Everything is normal meet to infertility specialist and start treatment for ovulation induction , follicular study , gonadotropins and injection for rupture of follicle.Better first three month try with Iui.
