Asked for Female, 28 Years

Its my second round of letrozole and my last period date was 8/9/2020.. but now these days i feel very tired and feeling weekness, breathing problem and feel many time vomit and found no taste in any type of food..plz suggest me what i take to overcome from my weakness.
