Better to avoid soft drinks during pregnancy. As they have zero nutritional value. They are  high in sugar content making you feel full, providing less nutrients to your body. During pregnancy it's important that you concentrate on nutrient dense foods rather than calorie dense foods. Also they have  caffeine in them so better to avoid soft drinks during pregnancy. Substitute them with healthy choices like fruit juices as they are rich in vitamins and anti- oxidants which is healthy for you as well as your baby.
