Pregnency 3 months
Am 3 months pregnent,first 6 weeks,I didn't taken folic acid ,now am taking is it fine,any one can you suggest?

You should start taking them.now. Folic acid helps prevent neural tube defects in the baby. From second trimester onwards (3rd month onwards) you have to add 60 mg ferrous sulphate tablets to 500 mcg Folic acid Supplementation also
Next Steps
start Folic acid continue throughout pregnancy take FeSO4 tablets for these remaining 6 months and for 6 months postpartum as per latest Anemia Mukt Bharat guidelines

Now that you've completed 3 months already start taking ironfolic acid and calcium tablets ,instead of only folic acid tablets.

Yes, start Taking iron and folic acid from now . And must do for.test for S. Ca, S. TSH, S. T3, S. T4. So according to it, we can decide for medication further... Or you shall may contact me.
