Asked for Female, 25 Years

Nothing found in transabdominal ultrasound (not TVs) in 9th week after sex . After taking northisterone(prevent n) 15 days she got withdrawal bleeding for 3 days . Is it mean ?she is not pregnant . Plz reply I am in stress.
