5 weeks 4 days pregnancy. Vomiting and diarrhea 24 hours. Has stopped but now a low grade fever . Was 99.3 now 100.5.

Fever s not good in early pregnancy.. U should get urself examined by a nearby gynaecologist.. U cn tk tab crocin 500mg for fever.. Also do an ultrasound early pregnancy for confirmation of fetal viability..
