Hi I am Pramila I am 5 weeks 1 day pregnant and I had a spotting which scared me and went to the doctor Doctor asked me to take USG and report came out to be gestational sac is there but a foetus pole is missing Attached a report and scanned x ray also please check Doctor has advised me to take tablets to enhance pregnancy I am worried of miscarriage please suggest me Tablets suggested by the doc are ALGEST SR 200 DROTIN-M FOLIC ACID tablets

at 5 weeks only gestational sac is seen .. cardiac pulsation can only be seen after six weeks . so if travel.trauma coitus and continue the medicines and rest .repeat the usg after 10 day .
