Pregnant, history of four miscarriages
I am pregnant. Yesterday two lines came. Last periods date was 24 th June. I have history of four miscarriages previously. All due to growth stopped at 6-8 week. Was told that I have pcod. Started taking Ayurvedic medicine for that and my cycles are normal now for past six months. D & C were by medicine. Taking folic acid and aspirin 75 mg from past one month, as advised a doctor. And now I am able to conceive again. But I Have fears again. All my test Lh, Fsh, Prl, Tsh, Hiv, Vdrl, Apla, Torch are always normal.
Can you please advise me, so this time I succeed. And when should I go for an ultrasound?
Note: I don't have blood pressure, blood sugar or over weight problems.

Continue folic acid, aspirin 150 and vaginal progesterone with oral duphaston..
If all four abortion were documented on sonography its better to start low molecular weight heparin injection 40 mg atleast depending on your weight after heart beat seen on 5to 6 weeks scan

Take Tablet Fol123 once a day for 2 weeks
Capsule Susten vaginum pessary 200 mg twice a day for 2 weeks
Injection Proluton depo or Prolin 500 mg twice a week for two weeks
Injection BetaHCG 5000 IU twice a week for two weeks
Next Steps
Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestational sac after 2 weeks
Health Tips
Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses and travel
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for 2 weeks
Sleep for two hours in afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime

You need to looks for the option of karyotyping , as genetic could be the reason ,
Rest .folic acid , duphaston heparin ecosprin to continue .
Also if husband is smoking can also be the reason ..

As per ur LMP (24/6/2020) u will be six weeks now .
Get scan done in this week.
Continue folic acid and aspirin as u were taking previously.
Also add tab. duphaston 10mg daily
