Hi, my gf is one week pregnant and the doctor said I need to have sex with her because the baby need sperms to grow up.. What if am not the father, can the baby still use another guys sperm? ?

I'm not sure who told you this but sex in early pregnancy can lead to bleeding or abortion. So I suggest you avoid it. Baby gets all it needs from mother. It doesn't need sperms to grow
