Pregnant & Anxiety while presentation
Hi I am 33 years old and  5 months pregnant. I have mild anxiet since a year but not taking any mediciy. While giving presentation at work my heartbeat raise, my voice change and feel choked. Which medicine I should take to control above symptoms while giving presentation at work and also which are safe in pregnancy. Kindly help

Drink one gilass  water before when you go for presentation. For anxiety: - Use badam rogan  oil as nasal drops before sleep at night easily  available  at (ptanjli  stores) . 4 -4 drops in both nostrils . :- when you go for presentation  then do not think negative  then think only one thing you are the best . do not think k kase hoga kya hoga leave all these things .only think you are on the stage because  you are the best.
