Pregnant 2nd time after 15 months of gap
I have had a healthy 1st pregnancy. It was C-section. My daughter is 15 months old. I am 5 weeks pregnant again. Is it too early to get pregnant again? Will my 2nd pregnancy be affected as the interval between 2 pregnancies is less. I have heard there should be a gap of 2-3 years after C-section if planning for 2nd child. I am worried. Will there be any complications in my current pregnancy as the interval is too less between two pregnancies? Do i need to terminate this pregnancy?  Please guide. Thank you!

Ideal duration should be at least 2 yrs. Ideally it should be 3 yrs. Considering the age(32 yrs) you can plan after 2 yrs of first LSCS. Now since you are pregnant right now, decision rests upon you. Your concerned gynaecologist will support and help in your decision.
Next Steps
MTP comes under act. Gynaecologist can give pros and cons. ultimate decision patient will have to take, whether to continue or not ? if continued close monitoring will be required.

15 months interval is not a problem. If you wish you have a second child please continue with this pregnancy. Your doctor can prescribe you additional supplements to enhance baby growth & maintain your body reserves as well.. Whether this will be a normal or a C section only the conditions that come up during the progress of your pregnancy will determine. All the best.
Next Steps
See a gynaecologist to check viability of your pregnancy.
