Pregnancy with fissures and piles
Recently detected with fissures and piles. I am 33 years old, planning for second child. But in between diagnosed with fissures and piles . Now Got bit nervousness and scared about second pregnancy. As suggested by my gastroenterologist, there should not be any constipation to avoid fissure and anal condition.. but in case of pregnancy, we generally face constipation due to calcium iron supplements which again further slowdown the metabolism. Now i am confused , should i go further with family planning or should i look after my health issue as in case if again fissure and piles will arise during the time of pregnancy journey, how i am going to deal with that

If currently you’re suffering with pain, due to piles and fissures, please get it treated either medically or surgical. Once they are treated, you can plan for next pregnancy. Pregnancy causes constipation in most of the women due to hormonal changes.

Fissure and piles are not a deterrent to planning a pregnancy Fissure would require a surgery You can get yourself treated before you plan for pregnancy Constipation can easily be treated with the high fibre diet and a stool softener if required
