Pregnancy ultrasound
I had last sexual intercourse on 5 April 2025 almost and did a urine pregnancy test which shows negative a serum beta HCG with valueod less than 1.2 both done on 30 June did a TRANSABDOMINAL USG on 30 June and it says my no intra extra g sac but no periods from 3 months can I have a hidden pregnancy.i attached the ultrasound please check and give me suggestions please... please tell me am i pregnant or not
