Pregnancy treatment
Hi Doctor, my age is 29 yrs and I have issue with endometriosis chocolate cyst with 5cm in right ovary and also doctor told right ovary is bulky. My AMH level is 1.24.. is there any ayurvedic treatment available for this type of patient or should I go for IVF please suggest

Go for ivf .don't waste your time on ayurveda .because if you start reduce it with ayurveda then it will take too much time .and once you conceive by I V F then automatically 50 % size reduce during pregnancy.and after delivery you can reduce endometriosis by yoga or by Panchkarm or by medicine etc.

I have dealt with such conditions and let me tell you that Ayurvedic treatment has good results with this regards. After thorough history taking your body prakruti will examined and general detox( lekhan basti) will be suggested followed by post menses uttarbasti session .
Phalghrita has good results with conception.
Till then you can have Ashoka ghrita 1tsf thrice a day.
Tab kanchnar guggul 2-0-2 with lukewarm water and for more details consult me .

AMH is good.
Have to know about your Follicular study test.
For better result go for Uttarbasti, and complete panchkarma with Ayurveda medication.
Please note that panchkarma must be done from expert one.
